Sir there is suit pending before civil court and defendant is not served notice as no information regarding his whereabouts. Plaintiff preferred an appeal aginst preliminary decree and there also defendant not served the notice. However, in appeal ld advocate Mr x representative of defendant. So my question is that can we send the notice to the Ld advocate appearing in appeal before the high to serve the notice? If yes under which section or rule. Please sir guid
