Unregistered society NY Order 1 rule 12 k tehat authority letter court ma nhi dia or na he registration ka koi paper lagaya ha. What do I need in that case? Plz let me know.

@@theoryoflaw1752. Charitable society was registered under society registration act 1860. But now Unregistered from the last few years because of fruad and embazlement.. In court case a person appears on behalf of society and writes in his written statement that authority letter attached but actually that was not attached. Basically Unregistered society is not a juristic person without registration and also they did not take permission under order 1 rule 8 to appear in court. I got a letter from the registration authority(RJSC) that society is not registered and informed the judge also and submitted letter there.
