Sir if sale complete after giving court permission regarding immovable property..then if judgement debtor want to pay 5 percent along with all money to decree holder ..then what happened?

If not confirmed by court and before that debtor paid all his debts and 5% to purchaser, court then restore the property to debtor

sir if in order 21 rule 91 application is filed by purchaser to have sale set aside that JD have no saleable interest that means DH have also filed a suit against wrong JD. it means that this question was not determined under sec 47. could third party take this plea and be allowed to defeat whole proceeding? because prior to this JD would have also filed application under order 21 rule 83 to have sale set aside, that means decree holder was kept in dark? what will be the effect? will order 21 rule 90 come into play. Please answer.

3 person can also filled an application to set aside the sale if he has an interest and he proved that he had no notice regarding the process of sale so could not came to fill objection at the time of execution.
