I habe cleared my concepts regarding Law Of evidence 1872( In Pakistan, Qanun e Shahdat Order 1984) You know I am relaxed now and my preparation for judicial magistrate is based on your lecture series. sir i have a doubt why in cpc, the inherent power is given to subordinate courts also, and on other hand in crpc it is given to High court only ??

Because right to life and personal liberty of a person is concerned under criminal jurisprudence, so the power is restricted to h.c for doing complete justice.
