cPDH Metagame Analysis EOY 2024, ft. Dallas and Clay

Great report ❤ PapaPauper here 👋🏻 My Hollow Marauder list is designed to punish early combo attempts through early attrition (removal, edicts, mass discard) that evolve into loops and engines that stall my opponents out while I continue to accrue and develop. Its actually skewed more towards beating combo threats than combat threats, as the deck numbers 9 mass edicts 8 kill spells and 4 wraths. Unthreatened, I tend to just develop my graveyard in the early turns, but should I need to interact instead of mill, Hollow Marauder is well suited to slowing down and grinding if need be. Hollow Marauder is built to modulate it's speed in accordance with its access to fast mana. Sometimes my starts are leisurely and sometimes you play a Hollow Marauder on T2, and all of that influences my ability to profitably interact on the early turns of the game. Generally I dont worry too much about dying on T4, because it happens so infrequently.

I'm just getting back into magic and playing pEDH. Where would I find the decklists for yours, and other, meta decks? I have some off of another channels lists but I'm always looking for other viewpoints. I'm on Moxfield but I haven't figured out how to find recent pEDH decklists. Thanks!

Secondary sidenote: Erinis + Urchin does actually have combos now 😉 Evolution Witness was a massive gain to the deck. I've always felt the deck was cool, but had strong concerns that it could convert its advantage to a win and its game theory position. This new approach with a pocket combo that when not assembled, still functions as a powerful card advantage engine and thats impressed me.
