Amazing performance! It just occurred to me this how they back them expected the flute to sound. Divine. She is an angel.

I’ve contributed at least a dozen of the views on this video (and more to follow). A great video, the setting, etc., but the playing is phenomenal, especially the powerful low notes in the first mvt. Not easy to do on that instrument. Wonderful, thank you.

This is a vivid and lucid performance, providing me with a thread of brilliant, resonant and clear sounds, which also make me aware of the impressions of the rendition of the flute, in words such as purity, sanctitude, grace, innocence and serenity. Although my experience with C. P. E. Bach's instrumental works has been infrequent, it appears that the flutist delivers a comprehensive and commendable artistic experience.

Lovely!!! Plus it must be a real treat to play solo in that huge acoustic space. Too bad the mics are able to catch only part of the natural reverb and self-harmonics that you can hear in person.

It’s strange to read your comment today, because it’s almost word for word (“she” changed to “he”) the thought I had a couple days ago listening to Hariprasad Chaurasia!

The contrapuntal voices, the abrupt and dramatic changes in affect, the “Sturm and Drang”….where are they?
