Early childhood is a period that covers the first six years of a life of a child , Article-45 says that (0-6)years child comes under ECCE education which known as pre-primary education ପ୍ରାକ୍ ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ଶିକ୍ଷା(anganwadi/balwadi) ●ବାଲ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା means childhood which start 6 years of a child, but here the question is Early childhood which means in odia ପୂର୍ବ ବାଲ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା,before 6 years *in school education we called it pre- primary education, so the correct ans is - 18 A Note it:-generally education system divided in 3 types (1-Elementary which again divided 2 types A-primary (1-5) age starts from(6-11) B-upper primary(6-8) age starts from(11-13)* then, 2- secondary which again divided 2types secondary, Higher secondary/senior secondary(+2)* then 3- Higher Education
