I'm a firefighter and I think this credit union is terrible. There are better credit unions for firefighters. Their consumer lending department is the worst and I was actually warned by a car dealership not to use them. Unfortunately I didn't listen and I'm still dealing with the nightmare years later. I'm so glad I didn't use them for my home loan.
