Hey buddy great walkthrough! Thanks for the shoutout! I put one of those cheap chinese carbs on my 4-wheeler. Ended up having to use my original jets on the new carb. The jets the chinese carb has were way too big!

Same thing with the golf cart carbs. Also have to do that. They come with needles that have no rubber tip.

Thanks for the video, very helpful. I ran across your video because I've got a 2016 EZGo / Cushman Shuttle 6 and there is no 12+ at the red wire in the dash to supply +12 to turn signals and brake lights. It leaves the fuse block OK, but I've had no luck finding what why it doesn't make it to the dash where it connects to the flasher. The electrical diagram in the manual shows a direct connect from the fuse block to the dash. Any help would be much appreciated.

There should be a turn signal harness plug in the dash. Does your cart have that. If so there should be wires there for power.

You could tie off the key-switch. For power with the key in. But you would have to do this.

Watch the video I just shared with you. It’s about installing a radio. In your case it would be turn signals. It would show you how to make the key switch hot. Instead of it getting voltage only when you hit the gas

Yes the small post has a ground and from there it should go to the frame. Where there should be a bunch of ground wires.

@@Golfcartwhisperer Hello! I was given a 1994 EZGO with the robins motor. It’s missing the solenoid so all the wires are just laying around. Question is, where do I get a replacement solenoid? Once installed I’ll find out if there is any other work needed!

Love your videos. Question. I have 16 club car precedent. We had a storm and lightning hit close to house. Blew out TVs, popped fuse box on house, etc. The golf cart was plugged in charging (Eric) when this happened. Now the unit will go in reverse but not forward. I’m not getting voltage on the F/R switch or at that wire on the controller. I’ve replaced the f/r switch, solenoid and mcor. Still getting zero voltage on the switch. Think it’s the controller or possibly bad wiring? Looking for help. Thanks

Thanks for commenting. Glad you like the vids. Flip the top and bottom wires on the forward and reverse switch. If it runs reverse in forward. replace controller

Meaning. Unplug the top and unplug the bottom. Wires And plug the top where the bottom wire went and plug the bottom where the top wire went.

Lightning struck a tree in our yard last year. Fried our tv and our cable modem. We got lucky it didn’t fry nothing else.

@@Golfcartwhisperer yep I did that and it still went in reverse! I figured it was the controller. Appreciate the help! Yeah the lightning was bad. All my control boards (security, garage door opener, cable boxes, internet, all led bulbs,and TVs) were fried. We feel fortunate the house didn’t burn down. Thanks again and God Bless!!

@@chadf8462 on the back of your keyswitch you should have a post marked B and one marked L. THOSE ARE YouR LIGHT WIRES. You can’t put them backwards. Then the other 2 post are for the ignition. You can put them backwards either
