Tarigami was only an MLA of CPIM for Kulgam constituency. He didn't had any power to do it legally. CPIM wasn't allied with NC and Congress at that time. Even Tarigami was arrested by Sheikh Abdullah under PSA. CPIM had been in support of Self determination of Kashmir since Kashmir acceded to India.

Iska kya wasta isse? Bachroo moderate leader tha Jamat ka and ideologically jamati nhi tha toh usko Militants ne mara hoga. Inka kya taluk hai usse? Tarigami ek Communist activist tha uss time pe and shayad usse pehle jail raha tha under Sheikh Abdullah. Woh uske Marne ke baad elections mai aaya. Uss time CPIM ki presence nhi thi as a power in region. Why he is blamed without any reason or evidence? Ikhwaniyon ko pakdo iske liye. CPIM wasn't an ally of Congress and NC ever till the formation of INDI alliance against BJP and once BJP is destroyed, INDI alliance would also dissolve in future along with CPIM current support of Congress and JKNC coz CPIM is ideologically different from all these parties. Tarigami as a CPIM worker and leader has no interest in collaborating with Ikhwanis coz CPIM had always been supporting self determination, autonomy and also criticised and protested Indira Sheikh accords for which Tarigami went to jail by Sheikh Abdullah.

Shut up communal bigot. Your party already lost by 8000 votes but you resorted to stabbing a party worker in Buchroo for which people of Tarigam attacked Buchroo. Kashmir isn't a place for Hindu Muslim, if you want muslim representation then go to Hyderabad. Tarigami is a representative of Kulgam, CPIM and Communist ideology and people of Kulgam accept him for that, no concerns about his personal religious beliefs. He might be atheist or might not be, who cares as long as he is keeping people of Kulgam happy, doing development and working for aspirations of people.
