I don't know of any qualities in CPL filters that are uniquely beneficial for automotive photography. If it's a good CPL filter in general, it should be good for automotive photography. I have a few different brands but none of them stand out enough quality-wise for me to remember the brand/model name.

Hey Abelardo, would you recomend it? Im really struggling purchasing a cpl for my lens to shoot car content. I dont want to buy one too expensive on it but also not going too low in the price because of the bad quaility the cheap filter could make in my expensive lens. Do you think thats an good polarizer? My budget is around 50€. Thx, and very good video tho

Thanks mate! This one i would recommend. It does the job removing reflections. One thing i dont like is the stiffness of the ring. If thats something you dont want, ill look into other polarizers. But i dont mind it so i keep using it. 👍🏻

I've got an K&F ND filter which does this. Like twisting the filter can make a car look matte and remove all glare off the windows.

is it also stiff? one thing I did was I dont tighten it to the lens. that way I twist the whole filter. much easier for me@@Daniel-dj7fh

it's super stiff, twisting the filter alters the zoom on my 18-55 sometimes or messes with the focus on my 50mm@@cjabelardo

I just do videos for a hobby, but I just ordered some filters for my smartphone. I doubt they'll be as good as filters for a full size camera, but hopefully they make a noticeable difference.
