CPM Critical Path Method

Critical Path Method is used for scheduling a project. It will help us to find the minimum time or days required to complete a project.
CPM is Deterministic in nature.

You have to add the duration of all the activities along a certain path to get the total duration For Example: path ABFI, Total duration = 2+8+3+2=15 days
