Thank you. I just ordered a Z80-MBC3. I'm looking forward to playing with CPM. It brings back memories of TRS-DOS.

Hi Mike, Thumbs up for all your effort doing this. I'm sure you helped some people find their Zork! :) Take Care, Jim

You can also use a Gotek to emulate a floppy disk.

Its the skull of an oreodont, a strange kind of mammal that lived around 30 million years ago. My wife and I go fossil hunting in the White River Badlands every year.

@@electrogeek6437 I’ve prepared a number of oreodons in the distant past, back when I was a student at SDSMT

... Would a WiFi Modem work?
@davidgari3240Ай бұрын
Wi-Fi and "high-speed" networking did not exist at the dawn of the microcomputer age. The best we could do was dial-up. Imagine a world without the internet. Now imagine the internet 50 years from now.

I don't understand. Simply add a WiFi modem to a serial port and use terminal software to internet it up? Luke that what I'm going to do with an Atari ST and 386's.

@@zarkeh3013 The OP's video was addressing the problem: "How do you get 'Terminal software' into CP/M without terminal software." Chicken v. Egg.

@@davidgari3240 They make wi-fi modems that emulate a Haye's modem but then can connect to your Internet. I have not yet tried it with my Kaypro 2x but it should work. I had gotten it for my Gateway 2000, but snagged a real network card for that.

@@davidgari3240 I remember before the Internet. I ran a BBS. It was lots of fun. And no social media.
