29:25 [slide 23] note that because concepts cannot be specialized, there’s no canonical way to tell the compiler (and other developers/libraries) that a class we implement doesn’t adhere to a concept if it syntactically adheres to it. Some concepts provide their own “escape hatches” (I call it semantic sugar) such as disable_sized_range
