i believe that the output for the kinematic viscosity yields 8.06e-7 and not 78.2e-8 using the thermophysical properties on the board

the vapor value was taken as the dynamic viscosity. Therefore, the dynamic viscosity value should be 0.789e-3. In this case, the kinematic viscosity will be 7.92e-7. Although the dynamic viscosity obtained by the teacher is correct, the kinetic viscosity was calculated incorrectly. the formula for finding the reynolds number in the nusselt number is incorrect. It should be Vx/v.

great teaching but some of the numbers he's writing in his examples are from outer space. someone buy this man a working calculator

For flat plate questions 1 and 2: He writes U/VX for the Reynold's number (which is wrong), but his value for h is computed using UX/V (which is right). He makes this mistake in class because the equations on the side of the board also have this error, but his pre-written notes evidently have the correct formula.
