mailing people tickets doesnt benefit society. just a money grab. theres nothing constitutional about camera speed traps or red light cameras at all. victimless traffic violations harm nobody and deserve not to be accosted by minding their own business. traffic enforcement for minor shit doesnt keep people safe, only keeps quotas met

Be careful when people read off statistics especially in percentages. Example 100 people were in accidents last year. They implemented a change to there system and now this year its only down to 80 people That's 20 percent. They need to read off the numbers before and after, just just the percentages. Also, how it is measured must also be given. How they define each accident and what category it belongs to
