A great opportunity but the shortlisting process & criteria needs to be intimated. The candidates who are not shortlisted doesn’t even know the reason so that they can improve & apply next time. The process shouldn’t be this confidential to raise questions as this time one candidate had a strong CV as compared to another but still couldn’t make it & doesn’t even know the reason behind. This way it then seems a bit unfair.

I personally applied 3 times & was nvr shortlisted & was nvr givn feedback which raised me worried regarding cpsp criteria. This is not fair enough to make like & dislike.. I m not accusing of merit violation but their shuld b a feedback why a candidate is not shortlisted.. If their is any defecincy let the candidate know so he may try nxt time overcoming his defecincy. Shortlisting on basis of pick & drop shuld b avoided & clear cut criteria shuld be given so all candidates feel addressed.

If it is so transperant then cpsp shd provide feedback as why certain individual is not selected,, i have seen candidates with light cv are selected and strong cv holders are rejected,, and even dont bother to inform candidate as why he/she is not called for interviews,,

We really appreciate your efforts Sir. But we would really like to know the criteria of interview shortlisting especially for speciality seats. For example ; we personally know our colleagues with more practical experience + research work + Audit along membership exams of RCPs but they are not even shortlisted after multiple applications. While someone among us who has lesser experience and no other additional plus points to CV fortunately shortlist for interview. It's understood that someone who's not selected after interview couldn't have performed well in interview so he/she drops out in final shortlisting.. But criteria for INTERVIEW shortlisting should be grey and white . We would be very thankful to you if a seperate video regarding this can be made as this is a question of So many people.😊

There should be Clear Cut feedback or Criteria otherwise there is always insecurity included in the process of hardworking for a goal without certainty.

Great effort from CPSP A humble suggestion: Since more individuals with stronger resumes and portfolios are not selected but others who have IMM and OET ONLY are, the shortlisting process should be impartial and open. To prevent pessimism, candidates must be informed of the reasons they were not selected for further consideration. Regards

I have same concerns too ... most ghost scholaeship programe ... who is called no one knows ... only people from big cities like Islamabad and lahore approached and sindh is ignored ... 🙁

Cpsp is proud of to be affiliated with Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons but none of their approach is similar to RCPS. Their system is unfair and not transparent!!! They're gonna do nothing about it. Once a Pakistani, Always a Pakistani.

Dentists are already The Most Ignored Doctors in Pakistan and now CPSP is not giving a chance to Dentists for UK scholarship since 2013. This is unfair and not a holistic approach.
