These are very intriguing kits. My hesitation with composite panels has always been fear of delamination. How can I be assured that your kits won't delaminate in the future? Also, what kind of warranty comes with the kits?

We’ve been manufacturing laminated composite panels for over 25 years, specializing in a wide range of applications, primarily in the transportation industry. For the past 25 years, we have been a Tier 1 supplier to Daimler, using this same lamination process to produce sleeper cabs for Western Star Trucks, with over 80,000 units built. The camper in this video is similar to those used for off-road ambulances and first responder vehicles, of which we’ve manufactured more than 2,000 over the past 20 years. Delamination is exceptionally rare due to the robust process we follow. Any potential issues with bond strength are typically detected during production, well before the panels go into service. While no manufacturer can guarantee zero risk of delamination, our track record demonstrates the reliability of our panels. It looks like CPT makes "custom" composite panels. They do not sell composite panels retail. They do not make truck campers. For example, they would custom build panels for a company that wanted to use them to build something like a truck camper. Although these videos show the incredible productivity of manufacturing using their panels, I find it very odd they do not use this forum to explain and promote their business and point to contacts and suppliers. Still, the video was very interesting. Thanks!

Hello, CPT is a laminator of custom panels and panel systems. In the past we have not sold retail panels, but we now offer ow volume standard panels that can be used for custom builds. The unit in the video is produced as a slip in truck body for off-road rescue services. Most of our customers that are wanting a camper application are purchasing standard panels to build to their own design.

On this unit we are using a powder coated aluminum. However, we also build these with gel coated FRP skins.

We own the dies for the corners. We don't sell the corners individually, just as campers, or in our flat pack camper kits.
