Hey capt, sorry I couldn’t catch the stream today, keep enjoying that 757, I know I will. Your stream the other day motivated me to do a flight of my own in the 757, SLC to MCI to be exact, VNAV acted a bit weird on approach but still made it on the ground in one piece. I do have a request though, if I’m correct, you flew the Felis 742 back when it was released. Since you’re doing X-Plane right now, I feel like it would be a perfect plane if you want to do a cross the pond or even a simple hop. Really amazing bird that I would love to see you fly again

I don't have anything personal against you. This is the second time I've watched one of your many videos. However, I want to express that based on your commentary, if I were a Simmer looking for a new simulator, you might have inadvertently discouraged me from starting to use XP. I understand that it may not be your intention, but the words and the way you use them speak for themselves. I hope you understand that this is just my impression, and I see you as an honest person, as I am too. I liked your video

I know he’s harsh on xplane, but in many ways deservedly so. I like that he is honest and I will only buy a plane if I see him fly it. He has high standards and honestly I appreciate it. There are way too many streamers out there flying products that are terrible quality and the developers know it. We work too hard to throw our money away on half assed products.

Thanks for the content which I enjoy both for MSFS and X-plane! But I’m sorry this is really debatable running trees at low is horrible and makes those final approaches and taxiing with those sparse trees hideous…like 2000 fsx..really doesn’t do x-plane 12 justice (yes … the sim doesn’t run as well as Msfs we all know by now) personally for me it doesn’t matter because I know x-plane can look better but for all new users seeing this maybe considering x-plane it’s a bit deceiving. II mean why run orthos when you cannot at least put every setting at medium? Makes no sense really .. no common sense at all. But it’s only my opinion. Also as a 75k streamer promoting flight sim nearly daily I can’t understand why you are running hardware that are years old… that’s very debatable and clearly it will make in this case x-plane the clear looser vs Msfs. (In terms of visual )

the i9 and 3080 are both incredibly capable specs, i have no clue what youre talking about. x-plane looks like shit at its highest settings. i would assume hes literally flying xplane for the planes it has (like the 757, which dont yet exist in MSFS) but otherwise i think hes voiced his displeasure with xplanes progress over the years lol

He simply does trees low for performance boosts on MSFS and X-Plane, also MSFS is just simply a better looking sim than XP12 so it’s not undervaluing Xp it’s just more proof msfs is visually better

@captnolan737 true aviation enthusiast would use xplane to experience the joy of flying u will never experience the challenges in approach,takeoff and even cruise in msfs Cpt canada simply use msfs for its audience which 80% of them are kids that all they want to see is nice candy eye graphic i have put more 1500 USD in msfs airplane,sceneries and other stuff the argument wont take us anywhere since they're two diffrent things if i was a streamer i would def use MSFS because of its audience the only thing xplane and msfs have in common is they both about aviation.

@@aerohubentertainment9552 I would agree XP12 is better for the actual flying, but I like to explore the world and see what it looks like so MSFS is for me + It's not like the PMDG or FENIX are bad, in fact they are both very high end aircraft
