After more than 50 years of being away from my ballet barre work and the dance, I have decided the best way to strengthen my body again at age 73 is to return to ballet barre work from the very elementary practices to as far as my body will let me go to include the stretching and strengthening. This class is perfect for that and I thank you so much for offering it on You Tube so that I can once again bring the ballet back into my body and life. I instructed youth when I taught at the age of 20 myself. Such fond memories and longing. Again...thank you.
