"This charming detached bungalow is in a lovely situation with great views and in an elevated position, making it a beautiful family home.

i like the house, love the back yard. i see a couple of issues, your guests have to walk thru the private areas to get to the public areas, and the bedrooms are a mile from the bathroom. maybe turn the small bedroom into a family bath/laundry room?
