you cant. surv12 fixes fractures, cms doesnt, only brings back blacked out limbs with 25% hp

first and foremost, who cares? it’s just a video for entertainment. secondly, this is tarkov. you use whatever is available to stay alive. it’d be stupid to use a semi auto 9mm pistol when he has a fully automatic m4 with good ammo as a backup. 9mm isn’t good this wipe.
