I'm allergic to crab, but I find your "pot sticker" technique interesting. I always thought of pot stickers as having thicker wrappers and being deep fried. Way too "doughy" for me. But this would add some crunch and not detract from the yummy contents. A totally different spin. :)

My fiancè is allergic to shrimp. I found that in most recipes shrimp/crab/chicken are interchangeable. In this case, my idea would be "pulled chicken"?
