Just saying... If i own a cat 3516 or servicing for my client, these engines are expensive enough that getting a magnaflux wet bench pays for it self.. Just saying. These 3516 is the largest 3500 series engine with one block... I think a quality inspection can only be done with quality tools and assets.

We vibrate the crankshaft for checking crack

Charlie Abbot the vibration draws the kerosene to the surface of crack and shows in the dust, kinda like a cost effective magna fluxing

Agar crankshaft apni clearance ke half tak hai tab tak wo thek hai. Aur iss crank ki clearance 9 thou hai to yeh 4.5 thousand tak thek rhe gi
