CTS, a great 70’s prog rock band. As a tween, one of the first concerts I ever saw at a local Community College venue. The band were local dudes that did well for themselves, could’ve even been more successful, IMHO, never got the recognition they deserved. Also, they are really nice people too! Thank you for this!

Omg 😳 omg 😳! I’m from Maryland close to Baltimore and I love ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ this band! I’ve seen them live! I’m 59 so I get it! They played at a huge metal bar in Baltimore named hammerjacks back in the 70s and 80s! John is a god! Omg the best band! Check out safety in numbers as well! Thanks for posting this! I’m such a crack the sky fan!

I dig Crack The Sky. This was one of two CTS albums I lost decades ago. Check out their live album. They do a real fab version of I Am The Walrus. Middle America did good!

As far as unheard of bands in the 70's like Crack The Sky, you could have put Genesis (in America) in that category. Those unheard of bands of the day made me feel privileged to their anonymity. They belonged only to me. Unfortunately, CTS, wasn't one of those bands who made it out of American obscurity even tho they were american.
