My Take Away from the video. It’s practically Impossible to Study for 18hrs Daily for 2 years. So It’s important to Set Practical Goals and inclusive Timetable. UPSC is a Marathon So it’s better to Stay slow but Consistent. And yes Mental Health is important. UPSC is an Exam not your life always keep a plan B ready. Work on your strengths and weaknesses Stay connected with you family and friends. Even if u get selected or not you will learn a lot in the process so be realistic and Grounded Thankyou Sir.

I left a job to prepare for the coveted civil services. However Before leaving job i made sure that I had enough savings to sustain coaching fee and atleast two years of expenses. been an year into preparation. miscalculated my first attempt and missed prelims by 8 marks(no big deal will cover next time). But I have recently cleared CAPF. and preparing for physicals. This has further boosted my confidence. So what i Want to say is, Always Have a Plan B, It would prevent anxiety, and obviously a less stressed mind can emphaise better on studies. Best of Luck.

@@Shanaya-2002 I will not mention name but i have observed toppers who use to say they read 150 pages daily, some 100 pages daily ....what the hell are they doing since 3 years of preparation 100 pages daily for a month is 100*30=3000 pages a months 1000*12= 12000 pages a year Do you any practical aspect in this Some say they have just wrote a single paper for each gs before mains but they wint describe that it was their 4 th attempt. Some say they prepared optional +ethics +answer writing+society after prelims and it was his/her 2 nd attempt ( is this possible)... Many more to say

Sir I can relax with you because at that time I see this video I am also behaving like that but before some time I am also very depressed to see reels that's because I have fail so I think like a looser but my family support me after that I met my strategies how I overcome from all difficulties now I am happy with my study and enjoy it and learn the real sense of all the exam and today see your video I am much believe the I am on the right path .
