Hello. I have a question - can I use 7 in. O.D. Plumbfit PVC Closet (Toilet) Flange w/Stainless Steel Ring & 6 in. Shank Fits Inside 3 in. Sch. 40 DWV Pipe. We have a wobbly toilet in our house. I dismantled it and saw that the previous owner simply did not tighten the flange anywhere, since there is also no concrete here. I want to pour concrete on the outside of the pvc pipe, put this flange inside the 3 inch pipe. Will the toilet work properly? Thanks for the answer.
