You have to wait for it to reach its final phase. Use the formidabomb and ignite it near the witherstorm and get out of the way. There will now be 3 witherstorms. Wait some time and a hole will appear. Go inside it and you are inside the witherstorm

You have to instal forge mod loader and download the mod .jar file from curseforge and put the file in the mods folder in .minecraft accessed through windows-users-AppData-Roaming-.minecraft. Hope this helps. Also, there are many tutorials online to help with your question.
