Part 4 is quite tricky. It's hard to find the answer just relying on a few key words. You must really understand what the speaker was saying.

I got a score of 28/40. It's my lowest score until now... The test was incredibly hard, especially section 2. I lost 5 points there, followed with 3 points in section 4, 3 points in section 2 and 1 point in section 1.
