Years of contracts with piggy bank doublers and level-ups. Also had a ton saved up before the cap was put in place.

I don't think anything has changed on that front in the new update. I've just been saving up since pre-cap days.

pretty much there is no cap you can get infinite levels of piggy bonus (I think?) I have like, billions of GE there and level 47
