Silly thing about interviews are, those who work seriously on project[the productive one's] cant spend much time on practice and fail interviews, and those who don't involve in work spend lot of time in practice and crack interviews and get recruited in good companies :)

Thank you!! I think they are not telling us the truth about why this hiring strategy works for them, which is that they are looking for a specific type of person. The person that plays the game with no questions asked, same thing with college.

You guys r dum. Anyone who can solve Algorithmic questions efficiently can do any projects easily. Vice versa isn't the same (obviously). Not to mention writing efficient code is a component of developing good software you Moe Ron. Again, anyone can write shitty software. Only a person who can pass these algorithmic interviews that you're complaining about can write good, efficient software. Quit crying

So unless you lie and make up mistakes she will not believe you. What if you stand by your decisions and the results were good? How is that a bad thing. It's like she has invented this character with a backstory in her head and everybody needs to lie in order to fill that role.
@aadityagupta2503 жыл бұрын
What she meant was that nothing is perfect. There's always going to be scope for improvement. If you don't think there's any scope of improvement in a project, you probably didn't give the project another look after finishing it. If you still think your project is perfect, you could explain the points that you looked at to come to that conclusion. That should spark a good discussion and I think you'll still be good.

the big tech companies were doing these types of interviews for the longest times, only now recently has it become transparent. Its not her fault that tech companies want to hire competent programmers, and not some hackers who spend all day on stackoverflow.
