Well, I am here to express to you that I went completely bananas making these notepads, just in time for Halloween treats for the kiddies instead of candies! Oh, how I think of how many moms are gonna love me for it. (LOL!) I also included little pens coordinating to the color of the cardstock I used, which I purchased from the Dollar Tree Store and then packaged them in the Clearbags I ordered from the company, thanks to you for the referral . Words cannot express enough how much I appreciate you sharing this project with us for free. Thanks Amber!

Really cute. Great for making for personal use. As far as selling for $3, looking over the links to the items you use and their prices, you are making less then a $ a piece. But I am always looking for cute note pads and making them myself is a win win in my book. Love your videos. So well done and fantastic ideas. Thank you

I made a couple notepads and a couple notebooks from composition books. Loved the paper I used (Echo Park Fall Market), and they were cute, cute, very appealing. But it's not that easy to get the paper on the notepad/book straight!!! And that's an understatement. I hand it to you, Amber; you've got a singular touch to produce so many that are nice and straight!

Hi Amber, tyfs these gorgeous notepads! I love the blue one with the boy on it. I'm thinking of my son. He is so Special to me. He writes down his prayers Inside a little notepad. I love the Bird one I'm thinking of my Mom. Akso, last but not least my Daughter who is very Special to me. I love the one you did as the tutorial for this video for her. I love the cards on the front. It really makes them pop! I don't own a paper cutter or an adhesive tool. I don't know the correct name for rhem. I need those items and the bone tool. So the mat and of course the beautiful book of paper. Then the gather cards? I don't know if that's correct either. I love these. What an amazing idea. I watched the wreath tutorial on the chalkboards and they are just lovely!! The ribbon makes them pop. I was thinking you could take them and make the ribbon longer and put them over several of tour cabinet doors for Christmas. Or over a large mirror.

I love these notepad projects ❤....sadly, we here in Australia don't have many of the amazing stores available to us, with inexpensive products. .. ( I was only talking with a fellow crafter in one of our few stores yesterday and we both were lamenting on the cost of our basic products (probably double ) and often , very limited choice. ). Having said that, we still Love crafting and learning new techniques, clever ways to make the best of what is available and just have fun 😊

Susan Jacquier Fellow Australian here. I agree.

It may seem that way, but keep in mind the wage discrepancies between Australia and the USA, minimum wage is only $8.05 here compared to what? $18 in Australia. So things may not be as cheap as they first seem.
@susanjacquier53586 жыл бұрын
Nancy Augustine ..Hi :0....yes I agree with that for the most part. I am unfortunately a pensioner, and as lucky as we are for the most part ( healthcare etc ), I still drool at the array of craft goodies available ..... often we have to import basics like coloured elastic cord and charms, so I guess it's good and bad for us both. It makes me a better recycler though :) Quite frankly , I don't know how the heck you survive on that basic wage :(.

I wish you could come to the U.S.A. with an empty suitcase and fill it with art supplies from Dollar Stores, Hobby Lobby, Michael's, and JoAnn's. Joyous crafting to you. I have made neat things out of scraps, old boxes of matches and whatever I can find in a "junk drawer" around the house.
