I have tried so many ways to store my papers and couldn’t find what I needed. This video was a great A-HAA moment and makes so much sense. Thank you SO much for for simplifying my life. Now I’m able to get back into scrapbooking and using up my stash.

Wow, Been looking for a a way to store all my paper. You are a lifesaver! Ordered my sleeves off Amazon with your link. I had them in one day and I have been working away. I wish I had the plan a few years ago. Maybe I appreciate it more now with the paper clutter in my my craft room. I already feel much more peace and control and so much more to do.

Hi Lauren, I was one of those scrap bookers with paper in different places. I just wanted to tell you that I love, love, love your paper organization and have made it my goal to get organized this way. Right now I am using those wire cubes but plan to change to the wooden ones by getting one or two every month till i have what i need. Though I'm not completely finished I find that this system is working well for me. Thank you for sharing.

I recently found your channel and your paper organization has really changed things for me. My cardstock and patterned paper is organized to my liking but I had many subscription kits which I was storing in oversized heavy duty bags with zippers but they were really taking up a lot of room in my Kallax units because they didn't fit properly. Since watching your video I have purchased the album sleeves and the Avery tabs. I have about 8 kits that were too large for the album sleeves so I have ordered some of the Project planners (I'm sorry but not through you as I have been with my CM rep for a number of years). I have freed up two full cubbies in the Kallax unit. THANK YOU.

I organize in a very similar way. I have been using the power palette folders since they first came out and always recommend them. I have one for every season, theme, travel category and color. I keep all the loose paper and embellishments in them including scraps. Then behind it I have any collections or paper pads that fall under that section in smaller pouches from Totally Tiffany.

So I have watched the Totally Tiffany video a dozen times or more and her methods never really resonated with me. That is...until I saw how you have your paper organized. I am about to embark on some changes in my craft room and I will be redoing my paper storage a bit and I will likely be following along with your method. Thanks for the inspiration and BTW I just ordered a couple of packs of the power paper storage from CM and yes I followed your links. If I end up really liking them I will be ordering more.

This was a great video storage idea. I did mine fashioned after yours with the Check Out Store folders. I see in your links the record sleeves are twice the thickness. Have you used them as well? My only issue with the COS sleeves are some have split down the seam on me. I was wondering if the thicker mil sleeves don’t do that? My next question is, are your labels removable or reusable? If you’ve used up everything in your sleeve and want to put a different collection in it can you remove the Avery label and reuse it for another? Thanks for sharing your organizational ideas, it really helps to see what has worked for others. Patti
@CraftSomeJoy4 жыл бұрын
Hi 👋🏻 Patti! The Avery labels are removable! So easy and fun to use. Now, for the sleeves. I have not used the thicker ones, but I did list them because they were thicker. I try to keep less paper in the sleeves and then store my large paper collections in the power sort folders, which are super durable. Hope that helps!

I didn't even realize CM was still around anymore. I never hear anyone talk about them anymore... Way back in the late 90's and early 2000s, I used to attend many parties and crops. Would you mind doing a video about your consultant business? I got away from the CM style and then quit scrapbooking all together a few years ago but still have all my supplies lol..

This is my third time watching this paper organization video! I learn something new every time. I am working hard to get organized. Thanks for sharing. Wondered if you have a video explaining your way of storing and cataloging your Stampin’ Up collection. I am looking at the clear holders in your vertical storage unit to the right of your rainbow section of paper. I have so many Stampin’ Up stamps in that type of plastic containers but all my containers are in a huge storage tub under my desk. I never use them because I cannot see nor reach them. Presently I have IKEA KALLAX shelving but could scoot something similar to yours in my space. Many thanks! Kaye in NC

Hi Kaye! Thanks for the comment😊Check out my full craft room tour and you will see how I store my stamps in the clear acrylic picture frames! There are easy to see and find... hope that helps!

Hello, I'm really enjoying your videos! My questions is about the michaels cubbies. I just purchased some on clearance for an empty space between my desk and wall. I want to stack 3 open cubes and 2 with drawers, 5 total. I see you have an entire wall. I know it depends on what is put into the cubes and the weight stacked on them. However, I'm wondering did you reinforce the cubes in anyway to support the weight in them or on them? They appear to be holding up great.
@CraftSomeJoy4 жыл бұрын
I would say one of the considerations would be a solid, level floor to start. That may be why mine are holding up so well, although I’m not sure. I did not modify them in any way, and they seem to be doing well. Good going scoring them on clearance!!!

Hi Lauren. Do those Power Project Folders ever go on sale? I would love to get some but they are a little out of my budget.
@CraftSomeJoy4 жыл бұрын
Hi Deb, So unfortunately CM never really puts current product on sale (so at least you haven’t missed out) They do make it easy to be an advisor and get an instant discount when you join on your purchases, and they run different gift with purchase promos throughout the year. I have had some of my folders for 15 years, and they still work great, so the quality is excellent, although I know it is an investment!
@debchambers85634 жыл бұрын
CraftSomeJoy Thank you for your quick response. I guess I will have to try to buy them one pack at a time. I am on disability so I don’t have the energy or funds to be an advisor. But I do enjoy your videos. Thank you.
