you should just carry an extra waystone to place down for when you have these kind of issues. that way you can go back to base, drop the junk, then port back and pick up the waystone and keep going.

Never actually goes into the maze and just roams around the surface even though the ice looks to have enough space in it that one would assume there is an INSIDE to it not just swim to thr bottom of the ocean and look at the ocean floor instead of going through the maze and getting to the BOTTOM OF THE MAZE

To be fair, I've ran into situations where the structure I was pointed towards didn't exist (ATM9 pack), so him missing the maze didn't bother me.

​@@pocketsizedweeb it wasnt just him missing the maze it was him reading the information and immediately ignored what it said. I've been watching direwolf since he started posting youtube videos of minecraft. When i couldnt figure out how to automate something i went right to direwolfs videos.

it's called a maze because usually they are much bigger and more labyrinthian.

Gear Defense and weapon damage are modifiers that display their effect baked into the tooltip under the defense name(magic shield, armor/health, dodge/health) or under weapon damage.

Dire, the paraglider mod is a huge Breath of the Wild/Tears of the Kingdom reference. The spirit orb you picked up allows you to get a heart container if you have four of them and speak to a goddess statue

It probably uses mana to heal the golems, which is why they're always at max health. The mana pool seems to go down in a similar way to health when being damaged when the golems are being swarmed

it looks like the attacks the fire golems use come directly from your mana pool, I recommend using the zombies as well as the fire golems to lessen your magic use and keep damage high

gear defence increases the value of magic shield(or equivalent for other classes) of the item that is why the lvl 15 item has more magic shield than the lvl 34 item

Make sure that @direwolf20 dosen't look at the Shaman tree, and notice there is a short range teleport spell....

Gear defense is most likely a local modifier of the items defense. I.e. an item that has 30 base defense and a mod of 50% increased gear defense gives 45 defense (which is most likely included in that that number on top).

Dire needs to use his staff as a baddie-beatin' stick a bit more when waiting for his mana to recharge. It's not like he'll run out of muscle by smacking enemies around.

Gear's defence increases the defence stat of your gear. so magic shield dodge or armor depending on the class.

beginning of act 3, i use ice nova, with reduced cooldown, as it heals myself too. i also use Frost orb with increased projectiles count (3) and barrage (1). so it shoots 4 orbs 2 time per cast. anyone directly hit dies from one cast.

if you don't know how to build your talent tree you will lose like 20-30% of your damage and defence easily, also minions are good but sometimes i think I'd better play non minion build as if your enemy is 1 block above the ground then your melee dudes just stand afk watching and ranged summons have cd and duration. also you can over level easily so no problem going through acts, dire's skill and talent tree build is so unoptimised, i am kinda impressed he has any damage up to this point xD. also like "the number is higher -> equip" mentality works, so there's no problem going through the game. but minions suck, idk how i will kill voidworm in the end lol, too hard kill enemies in range as summon skeletons able to shoot like 8-10 blocks far and not more

@@no_opasNo kidding. Lol. The few content creators who are brave enough to explore this pack don't have a community of players that previously figured out how to optimize the talent tree. But it would be cool if Dire makes it to the Maps and explores that content.

@@rockzalt oh yea, very much true, finally got myself behind the pack, create thingie is so new to me, there was a mod called Tom's storage system or something along those lines, it was plenty easier and it would fit a lil more in this modpack but since it is there, we have to go through some stupid things and create lol

Idk about others but I cant wait till you start a different modpack. the lack of armor crafting or weapon crafting, ignoring obvious talents to help you better, the whole maze thing. Overall its making it just not fun to watch.

dire, why not respec your talent point and allocate it on the skill that you actually use? edit : dire please just use your left click. you suddenly forgot that you you can attack with left click
