I have noticed that whenever there is a sharp turn in the path, the machine would have difficulty making a clear cut. The blade does not automatically align to the direction of the path immediately after the turn, so the cut usually wobble a few milimeter before it straightens out. A good way to avoid this completely is to split the path at every sharp turns, and preferably extend the paths on either side of the turn to make a 'cross'.

Sure would be nice if you had headed the three vids with , #1 alum can die, #2 alum can die, etc. I found this vid but where the heck are the other two vids? 😟😟😟😟
