If we could actually combine anything, I would combine a cat spawn egg with a wolf spawn egg, and if it gets me a half cat half dog I would name it catdog and send a picture of it to my mom and see how she reacts. She is a fan of catdog. Oh I would also combine bedrock with my tools, weapons, armor, and shield! Ooh and maybe for my helmet instead of bedrock I'd combine it with a torch and get a mining helmet that actually emits light or gives night vision.

There's like 1058 items in 1.17 so there are 1058² possible combinations. There's no way he could humanly code all of it, he either didn't do it for all minecraft items or used some kind of coding magic. Or even both.
