I tend do divide my life into compartments apparently. Even with Life coaching, I'm either a life coach or a friend but chances that I'm gonna coach you or even just listen for limiting beliefs over a cup of tea propably never gonna happen. For some reason it never occurred to me that youtube and HerbOil could overlap 😄 or that people who want to lean how to make their own products would be interested in what I sell. 🤷

Ansa, I think I know about herbs growing in SA but never plantain. Is it regarded as a weed here?

There are so many herbs seen as weeds, but I don't think it's declared as invasive. I grow my own Broad leaf Plantain (Plantago Major) but I do know the Plantago Lanceolata (narrow leaf plantain) grows in abundance wild along the west coast, Dannabay, Mosselbay, Kleinbrak all the way inland to George, and I've found some on the sidewalks in Pretoria/Centurion and Pietersburg as well.
