A couple of notes and suggestions: For the syringe cupcakes, you probably want jelly rather than jam. Jam usually has seeds or bits of pulp in it, jelly is made with the fruit juice, so it's clearer. The first "white chocolate" and "colored chocolate" you showed isn't really chocolate, it's something usually called candy melts. I think a chocolate lava cake would work well for the cat cake to make it look more like a black cat. One of my favorite cupcake decorations is owls: Putting two Oreo halves with cream side up on top of the cupcake and adding M&M's or Reese's Pieces to make eyes, then putting one sideways below to form a beak.

I love all the different food ideas for Halloween. Just a thought in it would be helpful if you put the measurements in either cups, tablespoons or teaspoons for the ingredients used. So based on that comment, I have questions for you: 1) For the melted chocolate that you poured into a cookie baking sheet lined with parchment paper, how many cups of semisweet chocolate chips did you use? Also how many cups did you use for the white chocolate chips for the ghosts and small circles that you piped on to the melted chocolate? 2) For the bones, how much peanut butter and icing sugar did you use? How long did you freeze that before pouring the melted white chocolate? 3) For the last one in the video, how much pudding mix, milk and green food dye did you use? Thanks, Ting
