Aluminum foil pins, I haven't tried it yet but I have worked with this kind of thing, depending on how you do it, you may need some protection on the edges as they may be sharp.

Easier way to do aluminum foil pins: 1. Draw out your design on a piece of paper. 2. Color your design. 3. After you are finished and satisfied, put a piece of clear tape over your design. (Makes your pin glossy) 4. Cut out your design. 5. Trace the outline of your design on a piece of cardstock or cardboard. 6. Cut out the outline and glue your previous design on it. 7. Add thumbnail to the back. Not only does this make this easier, it is a cooler way the tinfoil because tinfoil can bend easily. Cardstock or cardboard is more durable. Thank you!
