At this point, Frost is just trying to help Ssundee in absurd ways. He could have easily used the Ban Hammer on Ssundee during the fight, as long as he could find a way to get within Melee range. He also could’ve used it on Ssundee after losing, but I think he gave it then because he made a clear deal that he lost. Another thing he could’ve done: He could’ve tried to use the kick staff
