We used to make illuminated signs..make a mold of what you want and hang plastic in oven then lay it over the mold with suction. Great result.

Assuming a 5' x 8' bubble, the opening in the mold is about 3,000 to 3,500 square inches. At 3psi that's around 10,000# load on the lid / mold, at 5psi that's around 17,000#.

I thought it looked awesome with the first successful dome and I'd have been happy with it but then I'm not a multimillionaire who likes to drive around in art and I love him for it....can't wait for the reveal..

I liked the 1st dome also, I thought you’d kill your buddy the way it was spinning! Need some gear reduction, reminds me of spinning truck beds
