Well done. My Grandfather was Garifuna born and raised in Sandy Bay then migrated to Trinidad. I knew this story since I’ve been a child. Told to me by my mother. I had the pleasure of to visit St. Vincent and meet some family . This was nice and I never believed the shipwreck theory.

I have learned alot from this. I have been trying to find my history, knowing my grandmother was Carib aka kalinago, now I know it's was the first set of people on the island Garifuna. Guess why I feel native to nature and maybe and old soul who came back to embrace my homeland and want better, with the help of the Most High. Came here after the news post. Keep up the great work.
