Crafting with a chronic illness

Here are my current top tips I use to deal with my own chronic illness, non-radiographic ankylosing spondylitis. They may not work for everyone but I thought I would share in case they are of use.

Really love this- I have AS as well and have really been struggling with how to adjust to how my AS is increasingly interfering with my life and hobbies. I'm so guilty about working on the floor so the table idea is something I can implement fairly easily. Thanks so much!

Yes, AS really interferes with my hobbies, and as freeing as working on the floor can be, using a table has less negative consequences for me!
