I love these gateway folds! I’m catching up on your videos, Angela. Finally able to get a little crafting done. I’m so thankful for my KZbin teachers to get me through the difficult day’s ahead. So strange for me, to keep thinking my hubby of 50 years, will come walking through the door. He just had a walking trail, bench and plaque named after him. So heart warming, how our little community has recognized him and comforted me and my family. I’m making my paper craft gifts this year. So many loose ends to tidy up and this craft unwinds me and l can stick money or a gift card into this made with your Christmas kit. So TFS your time and talent. You’re such a lovely lady. Hello love. Had to eat dinner. I’m back! Where’re would we be without your incredible talent your love for all of us and sharing this beautiful inspiration for all things paper glue scissors and so much more… We got to sit on the driveway while the children came and there was a golf cart parade ! The neighbors who had them decorated them up and drove about tossing candy et. Just in our sub division of 100+ homes 🌙🎃

I love this gateway project, I am making a fabric one adding lace it will hold 2 letters from my FIL to my MIL when she visited England her dad in 1972, The Template kit came in brilliantly. We don't dress up for halloween it's not my thing, this year we saw quite a few families dressing up , Dorthy Scarecrow ( mom & Dad ) the lion the wee one & Toto , we also had Dragons, ninjas, Micky Minnie & goofy , Cruella & tiny Dalmatians & of course Elsa & Anna .

We celebrate Halloween big time at our house. My husband decorates outside our house very scared. We do get a lot of kids knocking on our door because of it. But we just make sure we have a lot of candy. He really enjoys commenting on all the costumes. He usually dresses up as a vampire but I don’t think he plans on it this year.

My template didn't work out with this project. The score lines make it so the flaps overlap, not centered like yours. What did I do wrong? Then when I tried to cut it down a bit, the overlay's didn't match up and I cut them down too, but they are not even like yours. Maybe I didn't actually put the score lines in the right place.

I am so sorry to hear that. What you could try is find the centre of your middle panel. make a small. mark with a pencil. Then fold one of the flaps to the centre point ,just touching it and then fold the remaining flap to meet up with the second flap. I would do that first, before carrying on. Hope that is helpful.
