Good morning 🌞 It’s just after 6 A.M. on the east coast. I’m about to go into my dedicated home office and do my printer unbox and setup. You made me laugh out loud when you asked your son to put his face in view and quickly told him to move. Then, “the elbow to the throat” made me laugh again. I’m so sorry about the chip/cartridge situation. I hope they soon develop a chip resetter as you mentioned. Perhaps you can call the manufacturer and inquire about it. @@CraftingwithDelonda I can’t believe that I had only ordered the two extra black ink. 2 per box, 2 boxes. So I have 4 bottles of black AND NO OTHER COLORS! I must’ve failed to add it to my cart. So, I ordered 2 sets of colors at your advice in order to have the extra set of colors ready for when I need them. So, I will have a total of 6 black inks. Well, at least I will have plenty of black on hand. The other 2 full sets of inks will arrive tomorrow. That was so embarrassing to tell you, but I wanted you to know the status of my setup. I only did the unboxing. Everything is in place in my office, and I took the time to design a 15 oz mug. One size says “Devoter to God.” The other side says “Good Vibes Only”I haven’t infused it yet. I’ll pick a beautiful color and infuse it today. Hoping you’re having a wonderful day. ♥️🌷🙏🏽

Thank goodness I found this unboxing because my et15000 is in the post. I have the 2720 and love it, not needed to top it up in 3 years and it’s converted to sublimation. I have the et15000 for regular printing in a3 and love it but was worried if it will be ok for sublimation. Thanks so much.

Delonda you can buy refillable cartridges & chips for the 7820 & 7840. After that, you will buy the chips only to put on the refillable cartridges. KZbinr Shakeya sells them. Her YT channel is Honestly Spinking 365. She also have videos on how to install the chips on the 7820 & 7840. She also teaches how to use the Silhouette software for the Silhouette cameo.

I have converted my 15000 for sublimation, however, I am experiencing smudge marks when printing. Do you know how to remedy that? Some people have removed the print wheels from inside. Thank you.

Is it only when you print on DTF film or always?

@@CraftingwithDelonda I have it pegged down to 2 half inch wheels that drag the paper through. Its not the "pizza" wheels some have referred to, these drag the paper through and I only see it on dtf paper, not regular. I've tried changing drying time, using ultra glossy setting and no change. It smudges the ink right on those two spots when existing the machine.

@@CraftingwithDelonda Found the fix. DTF Printing Technology showed how to remove the print rollers so the ink doesn't smear. 2 screws, a tug and lift off and I was able to get it out. I printed two previously smudged items with no more smudges. Seems rollers can cause that problem with the wet ink. Thank you for helping me with it. Looking forward to watching more of your videos. You are fantastic!!
