Я использую белый портландцемент. Наносится цементная смесь толщиной не менее 4-6 мм. Вы также можете смешать мраморный порошок со смесью, чтобы избежать крошения.

what can i replace this m seal epoxy compound? and do you have to use waterproof paint?

You can use thick cement paste instead of M-Seal and waterproof paints should be used
