Lowes, Ace and Amazon had most of the V series on better sale prices the last couple weeks. Looks like they mostly have brought the prices up a bit, but still far below the insane prices they were. The Struggleville channel had a good video about it all.

Right?! I don’t care where it’s made or what name is on it, there is no way I’m ever buying a hex key set for the $50 they originally wanted for that V-series version.

They are upgrading online warranty claims with v Series everything from what I’ve seen online and experienced personally
