Isn't it easier to fold the box at the second scoreline and fold the other side in at that second scoreline, and lay the sides flat on top of each other? That always gives me a crisp seam.

Unfortunately you have the wrong blog attached to this video. I saw that someone else had commented regarding the same issue, but it has not been fixed. Also when I scored at the 2" mark on both sheets of paper, when I slid the pieces on the wine bottle, it left a gap between the top and bottom wrap. I found when I adjusted the measurement to 1-1/2" on both sheets, it closed the gap.

I had the same problem until I noticed your comment. There was no overlap between the top and bottom boxes so it needs to be more than 8" H for one of the sheets or as you say score as 1-1/2" instead of 2".
