If you've ever had an unfavorable experience at the hands of an authority figure, or an unscrupulous person, it is often referred to as getting 'bent over'. In general use, 'bent over' means 'treated unfairly', but the idiom itself more directly implies a (usually non-consensual) sexual experience. For example: "Roger really got bent over in court yesterday."

That's actually Josh Robert Thompson who does the voice of Geoff. At first Geoff was just pre-recorded lines but around i think mid 2011 or or Thompson took over as the voice so they could have actual live conversations. Makes for some great improv.
