I'm the same age as Craig Finn and it often seems to me that his songs mirror my experience of growing up catholic, losing the faith and replacing it with a dissolute lifestyle, coming to the end of myself and finding Christ waiting for me there, taking His hand and letting him lead me home again.

I repeat, this is CLASS, I have just heard this track played by Robert Emls BBC radion in old London town. This is nothing less than a top cracking tune, great voice, brilliant story, Craig Finn in nothing less than a great storyteller, a wordsmith of first class. There is a touch of the master Phil Lynott/Thin Lizzy also my 3rd cousin Bruce Springsteen in how this story is told. When the record came to the end Roberts said, I like that very much, he took those words right out of my mind.

I find your voice very reminiscent of that of Paul Kelly's. In other words, lovely and very expressive. This song is brilliant and your talent for storytelling is just... Wow!!!

Please come back to the UK. Mr Finn you were awesome on tour with Brian Fallon. Signed my album with 'Stay Positive'. Such a humble fella. Love this track.
